The team is very detailed, organized, and helpful. Great manners and they spent the extra time to explain everything in detail, even though I had to get someone else with some technical knowledge to make sure everything being said is accurate and truthful. Price point wasn't the cheapest, however, it was very competitive against other quotes that we received. Though they were not the lowest, we did our due diligence, and followed up with 3 of their recommendations and they all were overwhelming satisfied with REAL's services.

Our main deciding point was the certifications of all the technicians and we talked
with another client that had the same issues as ourselves and once the problem was resolved, they haven't had one IT problem in over 7 months.

When we first met Julian, it was during an emergency issue where two of our users were unable to connect and work. He explained it was due to malware and noticed we didn’t have functional antivirus. Apparently, our old company allowed our antivirus to expire and didn’t let us know. He said we had the right firewall in place but it wasn’t configured properly and even showed us what he was referring to, albeit I didn’t understand any of it. I have had Real Solutions Technologies reconfigure my network to run better, added 2 firewall devices - 1 in main location and another in a remote location, changed over to another anti-virus software for our company and monitors it remotely, added another layer of email scanning to make sure we are protected from viruses, phishing, ransom-ware, etc. For those times, when the computer or server issue doesn't require someone on site, Julian can remotely login and troubleshoot the problem. This helps get the problem resolved quicker and allows us to get working again.
